Winter Wonderland!

What a fun day last Sunday.  We had a wonderful time of Bible Study and Worship, followed by our first potluck - our Annual Chili Cookoff.  Thank you to everyone who came, participated, tasted, voted, and enjoyed the food and fellowship.  ELEVEN CROCKS of various chili.  And I thought they were all awesome!  And a SPECIAL CONGRATULATIONS TO RON SHAPTON, our current CHILI CHAMPION.  Ron's delicious chili was his Venison Chili.  Great job!

I hope you are safely and warmly enjoying this beautiful winter wonderland.  I spoke with Michael, and we agreed that due to the frigid temps and the ice covered roads, THERE WILL BE NO BIBLE STUDY TONIGHT (WEDNESDAY).  So enjoy your evening.  Check on your neighbors, the elderly, and your loved ones.

Again, thank you Mark for these beautiful photos.  We truly are blessed to live in a place filled with love and beauty. I hope you will join us this Sunday at FCC.  We should be able to meet on Sunday, though it will be frigidly cold.  If anything changes we will send out an email.  On Sunday, we will continue our look into the "Handbook for Believer" the Epistle of James.  In the meantime, have fun, enjoy the beauty, be safe, stay warm, stay dry, and remember....
