10th Annual Music in the Vale
The 10th anniversary of Music in the Vale was a huge success! On Saturday, October 1st at Fernvale Community Church, we were treated to music from a wide variety of performers while enjoying burgers, hot dogs, grilled corn, homemade desserts and much more. Our new playground set was tested by lots of kids and everyone had a great time. This event is one of the highlights of the year for our Church. Historically, this was an event that was a thank you to our neighbors and community for their support, especially during the rebuild after the tornado. It was also a fundraiser for paying off the rebuilding of the Church Facilities. Ten years later, our neighbors are still wonderful, and our beautiful facilities are paid for. Now our festival continues to be a gift to our community as well as an opportunity to raise money for ministries that FCC supports such as Grace Works.
